Rosehill Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests (from €100 / night). Each additional guest costs €25 per night.

Yes! Up to 2 dogs are very welcome. The surcharge is €10 per dog per night. Please mention your dog when booking. A dog bed and a food bowl are provided. Please note: the garden is not fenced.

For direct bookings the booking fee is €50 per stay and includes final cleaning. An optional interim cleaning can be booked for €75.

Included are: bed linen, towels, toiletries, a starter set (coffee, tea, toilet paper), free Wi-Fi (~100 Mbit/s), washer & dryer, all utilities (electricity, water, heating) and free parking. Charging electric cars is not included and must be arranged with the host.

Check-in is via key box (self check-in) – completely flexible with no fixed arrival time. For direct bookings: check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

Wi-Fi is free and runs at around 100 Mbit/s – ideal for remote work / a workation too.

Yes, there is a private, free parking space right in front of the house, plus further free spaces behind it.

By car: motorway A45, exit Herborn, then about 10–15 minutes. By train: Herborn station (~11 km) or Dillenburg (~13 km). From Herborn there are trains towards Frankfurt.

Outside the high season there is no minimum stay.

With a direct booking you can still cancel free of charge: 14 days before arrival for stays of up to 6 nights / 30 days before arrival for stays of 7 nights or more. Plans changed at short notice? Just get in touch – we will find a solution together.
